Join us Friday, August 8th at 7pm for Summer Supper curated by Nom Supper Club and guest chef Yon Hailu. From various restaurants around the Twin Cities, to personal endeavors featuring sweet treats, Yon has spent years refining the delicate balance between technique and imagination. He enjoys drawing inspiration from his Ethiopian background, riffing on a classic or finding ways to make surprising ingredients sing together.
Each Summer Supper ticket includes a welcome beverage purposely paired by Matthew Litfin, welcome snacks, 5 course pre fixe seasonal menu, and a guaranteed good time. Additionally, there are optional wine pairings for $20/person.
Expect fresh bread, local produce, zingy crudo, corn ice cream and more. :)
