is an intimate dining series that takes place most notably in the home of Jaide Truskolaski and Aidan Dillon, based in Minneapolis, MN. Nom aims to serve as a vessel for community and the art of gathering while embracing the intimacy of the dinner table and intentional conversation through a slow and thoughtful dining experience.

Most dinners feature 10-12 guests, typically sharing three to five vegetarian or vegan pre fixe courses over a few hours. Jaide, a vegetarian for over 10 years, has growing passions for vegetable forward menus, innovative food arts and installation, and detailed tablescapes. Nom has hosted pop-ups around town at places such as Small Hours, Hermine, Parcelle, Cafecito, Bench Pressed, and more.

Nom occasionally hosts conversational curators to establish discussion topics for the evening, along with facilitating other collaborative events with artists, chefs, and community members to create workshops, menus, and further opportunities for people to share.
