Jaide Truskolaski (b. 2000, Hugo, MN)  is a multidisciplinary artist and chef who lives and works in Minneapolis, MN. She founded nom supper club out of a love for hospitality, the intimacy of a dinner table, and a passion for seasonally grown produce. Since 2023, nom supper club has produced and collaborated on an evolving format of projects including pre-fixe salonièrres, artist workshops, print features, mutual aid fundraisers, restaurant pop-ups, and culinary installations. Jaide’s work aims to explore what it means to gather and connect in relational spaces centered on food and its growers as art.
